Reservations

We accept reservations for bunkhouse, cottages, camper cabins, rental homes, RV park, tent sites and boat moorage. The reservation desk is open all year round and we can accept reservations up to 2 years in advance.

Deposits are collected for all reservations for the current year as follows:

• Cottages, Duck Shack, Sunsetter and Rentals Homes (The Retreat I & II), Bunkhouse and Cabins require a deposit of the first night’s rent.
• RV or tent site - first nights’ rent -or- $100 for Holiday Weekends
• Boat moorage $22 deposit (boat moorage require a deposit on the first nights rent).
In some cases full payment may be required in advance for all rentals and Express Check-ins for RV sites.

Cancellations

RV and Tent sites - cancel at least 96 hours prior - $10 cancellation fee.

Bunkhouse/Cabins - cancel at least 96 hours prior - $20 cancellation fee.

Cottages, Retreat I & II & Duck Shack - cancel at least 14 days prior - $50 cancellation fee.

Moorage w/cottage, bunkhouse or RV site reservation - zero cancellation fee. Stand alone moorage or moorage camping at least 96 hours prior - $10 cancellation fee.

Boat Rental Policy

Credit card will be required and stored at the time of reservation. Cancellation fees will be applied at 25% of the day’s rental for cancellation made within 96 hours of reservations.

General Rules

Quiet Time: 11 pm - 6am. Radios low volume during the day, completely off during quiet time. Please comply or take the noise level outside the resort. There will be no refunds to violators.

Behavior: Maroon Resort is a public place. It is unlawful to openly consume marijuana in a public place. 69.50.445. It’s also unlawful to provide alcohol to minors 66.44.270.1. Additionally, open drunkenness or open displays of alcohol containers will not be tolerated at your site/unit deck area. We are a family park. Thank you from the Meseberg Family & Staff at MarDon

Tents: Time limit on occupancy is three weeks. Max 2 per site.

Speed limit: 5 mph for car, golf cart, skateboard or bike. No biking or skateboarding after dusk. No motorized gizmos at any time!

Golf Carts: 5 mph, carts are for transportation only, no joyriding. Please yield to vehicle traffic. Children must be accompanied by an adult, 16 and older. If your cart is not equipped with lights please park it at dusk.

ATV/UTV Type Vehicles: Use for transportation only with a speed limit of 5 mph or less. Only licensed drivers. No joyriding on the beach or elsewhere under any circumstances. Violation of the rule will result in your entire party being removed from the resort without a refund.

Blythe Bay Watering Schedule: The PM watering cycle will begin at 10pm. Please make sure that you have removed personal items from the lawn areas.

Pets: Must be leashed, cleaned up after, and not left unattended. For the safety of our guests Rottweiler’s, Staffordshire Terriers, and Pit Bull dogs are not allowed.

Fish Cleaning: Please use our fish cleaning area, and clean up after yourself. No fish entrails in the dumpsters.

Motorbike Riding: No recreational motorbikes, ATV's, or golf carts except strictly for transportation only.

Children's Curfew: Children 16 years of age or younger must be at their campsite by sunset, unless accompanied by an adult.

Parents: You are responsible for your children's safety.

Weapons: No discharging of weapons on park property.
